Fate/EXTRA is a role-playing game for the PlayStation Portable developed by Image Epoch. The concept of the story is based on the popular visual novel Fate/stay night, developed by Type-Moon and written by Kinoko Nasu. Although the concept is similar, the story is set on a universe separate from the original timeline. Making this game a spinoff to the series.
